Our Journey

Did'z was founded by two young enthusiasts: Eliot and Inès

The meeting

These two pastry lovers first met in 2020 while studying at a prestigious Parisian school.

For 5 years, they continued their journey in the capital where they gained experience.

Both holding a vocational pastry diploma (CAP pâtisserie), an advanced vocational pastry diploma (mention complémentaire pâtisserie chocolaterie confiserie glacerie), and a BTM pâtisserie, they were able, during their many years of study, to perfect their craft and become accomplished pastry chefs.

Birth of DID'Z

In the creation of Did'z, everyone was able to contribute their strengths:

Eliot,

With years of experience in retail AS A SOUS CHEF, proficient in managing the production and creation of high-end artisanal pastries.

Inès,

as for her, having been Chef de Partie at PAVILLON LEDOYEN, on the Champs Élysées, a historic establishment with a total of 6 Michelin stars, she has been able to develop a wide range of tastes and techniques.
